Fees before 1st June 2019

Fees Required Before Moving Into A Property-

Rent-

Rent is required monthly in advance.

Property Deposit-

A property deposit is required and the amount is equal to five weeks rent unless stated. This total figure would be made clear to you on each property.

Please note, if pets are included within the tenancy a larger deposit may be required depending on the number of pets and type and is down to the discretion and decision of the landlord.
